Our
Strategy

The
means, motive and opportunity to successfully complete a strategy
must all be present to, indeed, be successful.
Opportunity:
The Opportunity is there for all to see, As perception is reality,
however, Strategic Leisure is fortunate that its extraordinary experiences
enable it to perceive opportunity defined by what is not there,
outlined by the vivid voids, gaping gaps, and silent yearnings that
speak so loudly.
Michael
McCall's ten year professional Rouse
and Disney
experience, and then the Company's nearly decade long tenure of
strategizing, planning, developing and managing the operations of
urban entertainment, both for clients
and for the Company's products
represent the unique constellation of experience which enable our
clear perception of compelling Opportunity.
Motive:
Of the three requisite conditions, Motive
is the least easily measured, as a judgment must be made. However,
in the spirit of betting on the rider, not the horse, it may be
the most relevant.
-
Is one motivated who leaves an executive position with a world renowned
firm and supported by an able staff, in order to launch a startup
in the extra bedroom?
|
-
Is it being motivated to consciously regulate a firm's near term
consulting success, to keep overhead lean, in order to maintain
the ability to focus on developing an annuity in proprietary products
and not ever higher quantities of new business.
-
Is it being motivated to invest short term months researching a
product that only took eight months to create, investing in a firm's
intellectual capital.
If
these actions are evidence of motivation, then Strategic Leisure
is motivated.
Means:
The Means to successfully complete a strategy
can be defined in intellectual, human resource and financial terms.
Strategic
Leisure has invested a decade and millions in crafting
its intellectual capacity to process ideas into business, and to
building its intellectual capital
of products, While
other sectors of the economy are pressed to secure high value employees,
Strategic Leisure has a "bench" of high powered human
resources waiting to be brought into the game, with "give me
the ball, coach" confidence. The financial Means to fund and
fulfill Strategic Leisure's Strategy will come from venue owners,
project equity participants and debt holders, strategic alliances,
and corporate investors,
