Transamerica/Dreamworks

Strategic Leisure conceptually planned a major movie studio and entertainment office complex for DreamWorks SKG, on behalf of Transamerica, the dominant landowner of 100+ acres in downtown Los Angeles.

The plan called for third party business support industries, surrounding the DreamWorks studio, and included both a public tour experience as well as a secure, immersive enclave for DreamWork’s principals and studio production.
