Strategic Leisure
developed the Conceptual Development Strategy for a $28 million
attraction for the SearsTower
in Chicago, one of the worlds tallest occupied buildings.
The multilevel "SearsTower: The Attraction" leveraged
the buildings existing observation deck and added food and
beverage, retail and interactive exhibitions.
Strategic Leisure
also designed and managed consumer research and an industrial engineering
study, which framed the strategic parameters in advance of the strategy,
and validated the guest experience. Aldrich Eastman Waltch (AEW)
sold the building to TrizecHahn before the project was implemented.
