SearsTower

Strategic Leisure developed the Conceptual Development Strategy for a $28 million attraction for the SearsTower in Chicago, one of the world’s tallest occupied buildings. The multilevel "SearsTower: The Attraction" leveraged the building’s existing observation deck and added food and beverage, retail and interactive exhibitions.

Strategic Leisure also designed and managed consumer research and an industrial engineering study, which framed the strategic parameters in advance of the strategy, and validated the guest experience. Aldrich Eastman Waltch (AEW) sold the building to TrizecHahn before the project was implemented.
